Jaco

or how to enjoy the "dolce vita"

More than just a restaurant, jaco is a true concept that perfectly fits the spirit of the fort jaco neighborhood.

Bathed in light during the day and creating a more intimate ambiance at night, the dining area centers around an open kitchen surrounded by a counter where you can sit and dine up close with the chefs and their brigade. Other spaces quieter, offer a tranquil retreat.

When it comes to colors, Jaco has opted for softness with powdered pink, khaki, and saffron yellow. These subtle choices were inspired by the iconic “office” chair designed by architect Pierre Jeanneret. Every detail, every object, every material has been carefully selected, from the warmly gleaming rosewood to the terrazzo coverings reminiscent of Southern Italy, the delicately embroidered towels, the linen curtains, and the vintage-inspired lighting.

Like the big hotels, the Jaco also offers exclusive objects and accessories: necklaces created in partnership with Jaden, caps imagined with the Degand House, bracelets in limited series co-signed with Mad Lords, candles produced by Isabeau Paape…
