TeGoVa (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations) is the leading European organisation for property valuers, ensuring harmonised standards of quality, ethics, and recognition at an international level.

Challenge
Redefine the visual identity of a reference institution while expressing its mission of rigour, recognition, and unity in a highly technical and regulated sector. The goal: clarify TeGoVa’s image and strengthen its role as a standard-setter in real estate valuation across Europe.

Strategic Approach
We developed a brand platform that highlights TeGoVa’s expertise, neutrality, and authority, while enhancing the recognition of its key labels such as REV and TRV. The graphic architecture was designed with a clear hierarchy in mind to adapt to a wide range of professional and institutional materials.

Creative Solution
Design: A refined, geometric, and structured visual identity, echoing the precision required in property valuation. The triangle, central to the new logo, represents stability, rigour, and balance — while also evoking the built structure. A palette of blues reinforces credibility and European consistency, and the pictograms and iconographic system were designed to express complex concepts in an abstract, technical, and elegant way.

This new identity positions TeGoVa as a central and trusted figure in the European property valuation landscape, able to unify, guide, and inspire professionals in the field.
