Any modifications to the order, whether textual, visual, or other, will be billed additionally. <br\/>Verbal or telephone changes are at the client\u2019s risk. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to modifications.<br\/><br\/><strong>Proof (BAT)<\/strong><br\/>The signed and dated proof releases us from responsibility for any errors or omissions after approval. It remains our property and serves as evidence in case of a dispute.<br\/><br\/><strong>Delivery Times<\/strong><br\/>Delivery times are indicative. They begin on the business day following the receipt of all necessary elements. Delays due to the client are not our responsibility.<br\/><br\/><strong>Project Cancellation<\/strong><br\/>Project cancellation requires a notice by registered letter. In case of non-compliance, the client will compensate us for losses and lost earnings. <br\/>Notice periods vary according to the annual turnover of the project.<br\/><br\/><strong>Material Retention<\/strong><br\/>Unless agreed in writing, we do not retain materials (compositions, clich\u00e9s, etc.). Any agreed retention results in a proportional indemnity.<br\/><br\/><strong>Manufacturing Tolerances<\/strong><br\/>The client accepts industry-standard tolerances in terms of price, quality, and quantity unless otherwise agreed.<br\/><br\/><strong>Advertising Responsibility<\/strong><br\/>We decline any responsibility for unstamped advertising material displayed publicly if we were not tasked with its stamping.<br\/><br\/><strong>Export and Import<\/strong><br\/>Customs fees, taxes, and transport costs are always to be provided in addition to our price unless otherwise stipulated.<br\/><br\/><strong>Mandatory Mentions<\/strong><br\/>It is mandatory to mention the name and address of the responsible publisher on most printed materials. <br\/>The client is responsible for this mention.<br\/><br\/><strong>Copyrights<\/strong><br\/>All our creations are protected by copyright laws.<br\/><br\/><strong>Unfair Competition<\/strong><br\/>Any use of our creations without authorization will be considered unfair competition.<br\/><br\/><strong>Confidentiality<\/strong><br\/>Documents and creations remain our exclusive property and must be returned to us upon request.<br\/><br\/><strong>Payment Terms<\/strong><br\/>30% payment upon order, the balance upon receipt. Any invoice not paid within 10 days of the invoice date will be increased with a late interest fee.<br\/><br\/><strong>Penalty Clause<\/strong><br\/>In case of non-payment, a penalty of 20% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of 25 euros, will be applied.<br\/><br\/><strong>Claims and Jurisdiction<\/strong><br\/>Any claim must be made within eight days of receipt of the invoice. Disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brussels courts.<br\/><br\/><strong>Liability Limitation<\/strong><br\/>Our liability is limited to the reimbursement of the non-compliant part of the order.<br\/><br\/><strong>Delivery<\/strong><br\/>Delivery takes place at our premises. Shipping and packaging costs are borne by the client.<br\/><br\/><strong>Risks and Perils<\/strong><br\/>The client\u2019s materials in our workshops are at their own risk. We are not responsible for any deterioration or loss.<br\/><br\/><strong>Order Cancellation and Suspension<\/strong><br\/>In case of cancellation or suspension, billing will include material costs and a 15% indemnity of the initial order value.<br\/><br\/><strong>Personal Data Protection (GDPR)<\/strong><br\/>In accordance with GDPR, we are committed to protecting our clients&rsquo; personal data. <br\/>The collected data is used only for the execution of our services and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.<br\/>The client has the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete their personal data.
